Joined as the senior technical QA voice on a 7-person dev team and led a full modernization of the organization's test automation strategy within 4 months.
The team's only regression safety net was a 1,200+ test Selenium suite that took 5 hours 30 minutes to run and failed roughly 40% of the time for reasons that had nothing to do with real bugs: brittle locators, hardcoded waits, tests that only passed if others ran first. Nobody trusted the results anymore, so failures got re-run instead of investigated, regression testing was mostly manual and releases waited on that cycle to finish.
Audited a 1,200+ test Selenium suite failing ~40% of runs. Diagnosed test interdependencies, brittle locators, and hardcoded waits, and used the findings to win leadership approval for a full framework replacement.
Designed and built a production-grade Playwright framework in C#/.NET using Page Object Model architecture, Allure reporting with failure video capture, multi-browser support, and full Azure DevOps pipeline integration.
Migrated the legacy Selenium suite to Playwright in 2 months using AI-assisted workflows (Playwright MCP + Claude), cutting execution time from 5.5 hours to around 1.5 hours through parallel execution.
Took ownership of an ad-hoc Postman collection and made it CI-ready: 1,200+ assertions, per-environment configs, and nightly scheduled runs via Newman.
Implemented automated accessibility and visual regression testing.
